I need to be more consistant with these empties posts, because whenever I do get around to doing them, I have way too many products to talk about.
Without further explanation, let’s get into the products I have completely used up and my thoughts on them.
Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Conditioner: As far as drugstore hair products go, this range is by far one of the best I have ever used. Ver hydrating and non-stripping.
Ren ClearCalm3 Clarifying Clay Cleanser: This I have often talked about, we all know my deep undying love for this product. I have repurchased, it’s in my bathroom now and after finishing this post I will go use this.
Lush Brazened Honey Face Mask: Lush face masks are great, gentle, contain natural and fresh ingredients and work !
Andalou Naturals Apricot Cleansing Milk: A very gentle, yummy smelling cleanser that does not leave my skin dry at all.
Garnier Cleansing Oil: I repurchased this product a couple times and it does do its job well. However, the ingredients are great and I prefer using my good old coconut oil to remove my makeup.
Lush Celebration Body Lotion: This limited edition holiday body lotion is the bomb dot com! It contains champagne, which is the ultimate seller for me. It smells like citrus and moisturizes very very very well.
Skin79 Super+ Belesh Balm Triple Function BB Cream: A cult favorite in the korean makeup world and for good reason. It covers everything, lasts very well on the skin and the product is not expensive. Definitely recommend for fair skinned people.
Peter Thomas Roth CC Cream: I did not enjoy this product, at all. It was way too orange for my skin, so I never used it.
Tarte Maracuja Concealer: A full coverage concealer, very thick in consistency. The only down size is the faulty packaging.
Yves Rocher Nail Polish Remover Pen: An absolute necessity for nail polish fanatics like myself. This makes cleaning up left-handed nail polish mistakes a breeze.
Ren Radiance Perfection Serum: A Vitamin C infused serum that smells delicious, but I don’t prefer this one over my Ole Henriksen or Andalou Naturals serums.
L’Oréal True Match Lumi Foundation: I never reached for this foundation so I ended up tossing it in this pile because I’ve had it for almost two years and it was about time I got rid of it.
Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in Transparent: A great drugstore powder to set makeup for all-day wear.
Garnier BB Cream for Oily Skin: A few years ago this was my holy grail, everything product, however I have since learned and discovered much more about makeup and this stuff just doesn’t hold a candle to Korean BB creams.
Victoria’s Secret Oh What Fun 2-in-1 Body Wash and Scrub: This was part of their holiday range last year and I picked it up in January when it was on sale. It took me this long to finish it up because I could not stand the artificial plastic scent.
Biotherm Purfect Skin Serum: This stuff is really great during the summer to help control oil and keep skin matte without over-drying the skin.
Physician’s Formula Happy Booster Blush in Natural: A great natural pink blush, as the name declares.
Ole Henriksen Truth Serum: A magical product this is. Pricy, yes, but absolutely worth it. I’ve found a less pricy alternative for the moment, but I will eventual go back to this product when I can.
Sephora Nail Buffer Block: Another manicure kit essential. Buffing the nails before a manicure helps the polish look and last better, in my opinion.
Lush Mask of Magnaminty: This natural mint face mask is a great product for detoxifying the skin. The big pot does not keep very long though. Next time I will buy the smaller pot to be able to use it through before it goes off.
Biotin Supplement: I started taking Biotin this summer to see if I could improve the strength of my nails. Honestly I have not noticed much of a difference but I have increased the dosage when I repurchased, so hopefully I’ll be able to help my nails more.
Lush Snow Fairies Shower Gel: This holiday product is my favorite Lush product of all time. It smells absolutely wonderful and each christmas I NEED to buy a bottle. The scent is very very sweet, so beware to those who dislike strong scents.
Wow! That was a long one! If you stuck around ’til the end, I salute thee!
