January Empties 2016

It’s time to show you the products I’ve use up recently, or have just decided is too old or too crappy to keep around. These were not all used up in January, some in the last couple months of 2015, but let’s pretend the title is accurate.

Dove Deep Moisture Nourishing Body Wash

I really enjoy Dove moisturizing body washes. During colder seasons, I love rich shower creams because they

Yves Rocher Watermelon Shower Gel

These shower gels are very fragrant, but I go through them quickly since they are not big. However, when bought on sale, these are good value for money.

This is for my nails. I ran out for a couple weeks and saw a huge difference in my nail strength and hardness. I finally was able to buy a new pack and am waiting for my nails to improve.

Derma E Hydrating Day Cream

This may be the third pot of this that I’ve used up. It’s my most-loved day cream and my skin just drinks it up.

Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation

I finally used this up! Feels good to finish a product that I’ve had in my collection for quite some time. I didn’t love this foundation, to be completely honest. I really wanted to, because it’s high end and I did purchase it after hearing some good reviews. However, I prefer thicker consistencies and this one is very liquidy and I did not find that it sat on my skin as nicely as some others I have. I wouldn’t be against trying it again, but it won’t be the next foundation I purchase.

Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado

I really really liked this eye cream. It felt nice under the eyes and I loved the fact that it would become an oil on my fingertips when rubbed together.

ModelCo Mascara

This came in an Ipsy bag at some point when I was still subscribed. I used it a few times, but then left it at the back of my drawer because it wasn’t anything special. I decided it was time to toss it.

Ole Henriksen Walnut Complexion Scrub

The scent of this product is enough to love it. It’s a sweet smell that is so satisfying. The scrub itself is quite intense, so not to be used often, but it didn’t leave my skin dry.

Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze

An awesome product that I used up until it dried up on the sides and wasn’t useable anymore.  I rushed out and bought a new one because I love it so much. A great everyday shade that is easy to blend and looks like you put more effort than you actually did.

Butterfly False Lashes

These were very nice, more on the natural side. Was able to wear them about three times.

Andalou Naturals Lemon Sugar Scrub

I really liked this scrub, it smells nice, not too abrasive and leaves my skin smooth and soft.

Some recent empties, thought there weren’t many, but there was still a decent amount.

Let me know which products you recently used up.
