Another day spent in an amazingly beautiful city! Copenhagen is such a nice place to spend the day. I walked around all day, did the boat tour and walked to the top of the tallest church.
The only other place in Scandinavia I had ever visited is Stockholm. I loved it there and I couldn’t wait to go back to this part of Europe.
I snapped many pictures of Copenhagen, I hope you enjoy them 🙂
This is the entrance to the amusement park. It looks like a ton of fun, maybe I’ll check it out next time.
Walking through the pedestrian shopping streets makes for some pretty pictures, such as the fountain.
Not too sure why these pots were there in the centre of town, but they made for a cool shot.
The royal ship is a sight to see.
There’s a section of the town that was modelled after the canals of Amsterdam. It’s true and cool to see.
The royal stables with swans swimming by.
The food is something to indulge in. The pastries are delicious and, fun fact, 90% of the food in Copenhagen is organic. So eat all you want, the food isn’t half as bad for you there as it is here in North America.
Climbing to the top of the church gave us gorgeous views of the city. It was a beautiful clear and sunny day which made it possible to see the sights very well.
24 hours in a place like this is simply not enough. I would love to go back and spend more time there. I recommend Copenhagen to you all, it’s worth the visit, even if everything is super pricy there.
Enjoy the rest of the week everyone and until next time.
xx
