Simple and Healthy Snacks (Blogmas Day 10)

Cookies, chocolate, chips and wine are all yummy things, but sometimes you need food that is as healthy as it is delicious.

These are some of my go-to snacks/meals that I love and that I do not feel guilty about eating everyday.

Avocado Toast with Tomato

-avocado

-slice of bread

-tomato

-salt and pepper

Super simple and so good. I toast the bread, smash the avocado and spread it on top. Then I slice the tomato and place it on the avocado. I sprinkle some pink himalayan salt and some pepper and voilà!

Baked Sweet Potato

 -sweet potato

-olive oil

-salt and pepper

To make things super duper easy I just cook the sweet potato in the microwave for about five to six minutes. I slice it in half then add some olive oil and salt and pepper and that is it.

Banana Chia Almond Milk Smoothie

-banana

-chia seeds

-almond milk

-ice

-cinnamon

A super delicious and healthy smoothie that I usually have for breakfast. I don’t measure anything, I just eye the ingredients and add what looks right and then adjust to taste. I blend everything in my Nutribullet and top with some extra cinnamon.
