Greetings everyone ! I hope you all are doing very well.
I’ve been living lately, trying to figure out my different work schedule, trying to workout regularly, and trying to stay healthy. Basically I’ve been quite busy getting everything in line and I feel that I have finally been able to come up with some sort of routine. My blog is still very important to me and I wanted the other aspects of my life to be on track before I committed to a set posting schedule.
Here is a bit of what I’ve been up to lately and I will let you know on which days I’ll be posting regularly.
Last Fall, my work and traveling all the time took a toll on my health and I fell ill three times over the course of two months. I thought that was too much and went to the doctor’s to make sure everything was ok. Thankfully, everything is ok, but it made me reevaluate my eating and fitness habits.
I realized I need to incorporate some supplements and vitamins, so I decided to start taking some protein shakes with maca root powder. I won’t go in detail about either in this post, but I will say that both have helped me have more energy and stay more focused on the goals I set for myself earlier this year.
Essential oils have become a huge part of my life and I could not live without them now. There’s an oil for everything and they really help soothe and relax me in different situations and I haven’t needed to take Advil so much.
Fitness is important, we all know this, but it’s also difficult to make time to workout on a daily basis. It took me while to get into it, but now I am on an 8-week fitness journey with a different workout every day. This keeps me motivated, there’s a schedule to follow and there’s variety.
I’ll be creating posts to explain all these changes in more details over the next few weeks.
Posting once a week is great, but twice is better. It’s about time that I commit to more posts on set days and on a weekly basis. I have decided to post every Tuesday and Thursday every single week from now on.
There will be one Beauty/Fashion and Style post and one Lifestyle post per week.
